Indianapolis Real Estate Market

indianapolis.jpg

Indianapolis is one of the best cash flow markets in the country. What a great place to buy properties in order to support negative cash flow appreciation play positions in other areas such as California, Arizona, Nevada and Florida.

Real Estate Bond Market

My take on Indianapolis is to think of it as a bond market.

You will probably never see the huge appreciation rates that other parts of the country have enjoyed, but you also will not take a big hit during the lean times either.

Indianapolis has been a safe haven for investors. A place to create cash flow and utilize that income to cover properties that are more speculative, but need time to ride out the current market slump. Our nation is in economic crisis, but with crisis comes opportunity, and the next generation of millionaires will be made.
